During normal operation of the system it is essential to intervene promptly. TecnoDB has technical teams dedicated to emergency response in Rome and its province to restore service as quickly as possible during normal working hours.

The goal is to ensure safety, continuity and correct functioning throughout the thermal season,
if the system does not have the documentation required by current regulations, upon commission of the administrator, TecnoDB will take action to regularize it.
